The General Services Administration (GSA) sponsors government-wide Communities of Practice (CoP) in both Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). These communities serve to facilitate knowledge sharing and accelerate the thoughtful adoption of emerging technologies. Events and resources explore topics such as governance, security, use case selection, and overall best practices. All federal employees are welcome and encouraged to join!
