In FY22, we commonly heard the question, “what does it mean to move to a managed services provider model?” FY22 operational, financial, and transformational execution suggests that our staff now understand this concept. In FY23, we will address the question, “how can we execute most effectively under this model?” The most evident example will be three attributes.
