What we do

The mission of the PPSS is to provide governance and internal control of administrative and program management processes, strategic planning, and oversight of information technology (IT) systems/security activities for the Office of Operations (OO). PPSS coordinates development and revisions of policy and standard operating procedures and facilitates understanding and compliance with directives, policies, and regulations. PPSS also provides the primary coordination for special emphasis programs as well as the coordination and management of OO wide programs such as telework, transit subsidy, fleet management, AgLearn, claims processing, labor relations, intranet site, Archibus implementation, etc.
