Overview
On February 26, 2021, the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development (RD) Rural Utilities Service (RUS) published the ReConnect Regulation in the Federal Register and on Regulations.gov. The ReConnect Program Regulation codifies policies and procedures for the ReConnect Program. The RUS requested public comment for a 60-day period, beginning February 26, 2021 and ending April 27, 2021. Below are details regarding the ReConnect Regulation:
