Eric joins the team as a trusted executive advisor and leader, with an eclectic financial background accumulating 33 years of successful professional experience in private and government finance, treasury management and accounting. Advance knowledge covers accounting, financial management, internal controls, reporting, and implementing accountability measures, budget formulation and execution, and leadership of complex, sensitive programs. Mr. Still will oversee the Department’s Working Capital Fund, Budget, Travel Management, Cash Management, Financial Policy, and Enterprise Risk Management.
