ezFedGrants (eFG) Grants and Agreements System
ezFedGrants is the USDA solution that will let you apply for and manage USDA grants and agreements online. It’s USDA’s OMB Circular A-123 system of record for processing Federal financial assistance transactions. It provides significant efficiencies to all users managing grant and agreement portfolios.

Updates to USDA eAuthentication Login
The production deployment of the new eAuth user interface and Login.gov for public customers that was scheduled for the evening of Monday, July 24, 2023, has been postponed due to the recent report of an issue with a Mission Area business process. We are working with the Mission Area to identify solutions to address this issue. Updates will be provided when a new deployment date has been identified.

Important ezFedGrants System Change (Please Read Below)
The ezFedGrants system has been experiencing performance issues due to the number and size of attachments added to various work items in the external portal. As a result, the following system changes will be implemented in July 2023:
- Attachments will be limited to PDF files only (Please no digitally signed or fillable PDFs)
- The total size of all attachments cannot exceed 20mb
Users will receive the following error message if attachments do not meet these requirements:
