A National Food Loss and Waste Reduction Strategy

Remark:  The latest efforts by the Agriculture Department and other stakeholders in efforts to reduce our domestic food loss and waste by half by the year 2030 was recently announced – a federal strategy, which includes increased recycling of organic materials. Rod Bain looks at some of the components within this strategy in this edition of “Agriculture USA”.
