We understand that in order for customers to fully appreciate the benefit of our services and programs, we must educate ourselves and our customers. By providing customers with education, training and awareness, the TARGET Center will assist USDA in removing myths and stereotypes that remain the most significant barrier to increasing employment rates of individuals with disabilities throughout USDA agencies. We also participate in external assistive technology and disability-related conferences and events as an opportunity to learn and contribute to the community.
Presentations
We are available to present individually or as part of a panel. We utilize MS Teams at this time to participate in events that are not in the National Capital Region.
Exhibits
We are available to host an exhibit booth at local National Capital Region events. Assistive technology, ergonomic equipment, and mobile devices with accessibility features are all available as part of our exhibit.
