USDA – Churches, Community, and Schools Plan Legacy Institute Youth Convening
The USDA Center for Faith is partnering with the CCS Plan Legacy Institute to host a convening for youth at USDA Headquarters on June 11. Students will learn about USDA youth programs, meet and engage with leadership and subject matter experts, and hear about resources and opportunities to support careers in agriculture and professional development goals.
USDA Disaster Response and Recovery Webinar

The USDA Center for Faith and agency partners are hosting a disaster response and recovery webinar highlighting the programs, resources, and technical assistance available to communities as we enter hurricane season. Join us to learn from USDA as well as community partners, with a special emphasis on the role that faith and community-based organizations play in response efforts.

Other Federal Centers for Faith
The USDA Center is among 13 Centers for Faith across Federal agencies. Others include: Health and Human Services, Housing and Urban Development, Homeland Security, U.S. Agency for International Development, Veterans Affairs, Commerce, Education, Corporation for National and Community Service, Justice, Labor, Small Business Administration, and the Environmental Protection Agency.
Each Center forms partnerships between its agency and faith-based and neighborhood organizations to advance specific goals, and all of the Centers are coordinated by the White House Faith Office.

The White House Faith Office was established by President Donald Trump as a White House agency to assist faith-based entities, community organizations, and houses of worship in their efforts to strengthen American families, promote work and self-sufficiency, and protect religious liberty.
