Donald Baker, Jr.
Previously, he served as the Head of the Contracting Activity and Deputy Director of OCP. Before joining OCP, Don worked for the U.S. Navy for 27 years in various positions to include Chief of the Contracting Office at Navy Engineering Logistics Office (NELO), and Branch Head for Submarine Combat Systems, Defensive Systems and Radars at Naval Sea Systems Command. During his tenure at NELO, he received the Navy’s Meritorious Civilian Service Medal in 2008 and 2019. He holds a Master of Science in National Resource Strategy from National Defense University, Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy; a Master of Science in Management from North Carolina State University; and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from East Carolina University. He lives in Alexandria, VA.
