This form is for farmers, ranchers, agricultural producers, and other USDA customers who have fallen victim to unfair or politically motivated lawfare to provide USDA with information regarding the potential lawfare. Impacted individuals or businesses can submit their concerns and experiences below so the USDA team may address the situation.

What is lawfare? It is the strategic use of legal and legislative systems to unfairly target or harass farmers, ranchers, and agricultural producers typically with politically motivated actions. This can include government overreach at the federal, state, and local level; public policies that result in direct harm or significant indirect harm to the American producer; the weaponization of laws by both private and public entities; using litigation to disrupt or delay production agriculture; and legislative initiatives that would codify political ideology that goes directly against the interests of the American producer.
